English Discourse is now one year old and is indexed in most major and minor search engines.
The e-journals have published 70 essays and annotated bibliographies authored by undergraduate
students in English Composition courses. The pages devoted to teaching make available a collection
of handouts and tutorials. These materials are accessed daily by people around the world.
The Spring of 2004, however, promises to be a somewhat less prolific semester for publishing, but the Fall
will yield another 30 to 40 published essays and annotated bibliographies.
This year will also mark the launch of a companion website that will publish the complete works
in English of minor British poets of the 17th century. When the site launches, English Discourse
will promote it.
Many thanks to all who visit this website, and to my students for publishing their writings.
