WINDOWS XP, 2000, & NT HAVE BUILT-IN SHUT OFFS

Users of Windows XP, Windows 2000, and Windows NT are well aware of messenger spam, those very annoying messenger pop-ups that spammers use to advertise their products, services, and websites.

This type of spam arrives exclusively through Windows Messenger. And problematically, there is the misconception that Windows Messenger cannot be turned off in the XP, 2000, and NT versions of Windows. In reality, the software DOES indeed give users the option of turning off Windows Messenger.

THERE IS NO NEED TO DOWNLOAD ANY PROGRAM(S) TO STOP MESSENGER SPAM!
